Small acts of caring bring hope to Bay Area in the wake of coronavirus outbreak
When East Bay was put under the “Shelter-in-Place” lockdown in March, Leila stopped serving customers in the restaurant. Leila’s manager, Mo did what his heart told him to do. Help those in need. Mo made an offer on social media to families in Hercules and the surrounding area whose children were not getting their lunches at school and were missing out on meals. Mo invited anyone in our community to stop by for free food.
Mo’s act of kindness was featured in ABC News.
