Leila’s located in a historic home is a great place to enjoy a meal. They serve breakfast/brunch (on the weekend), lunch, dinner, and have a happy hour. You can sit in the intimate dining rooms or on the patio. The view of the bay from the patio is unobstructed; Amtrak and Southern Pacific trains pass by, and for me this adds a lot of romance to dining here. There are also jazz nights and wind down music nights.

Breakfast at Leila
We are serving our Breakfast menu just like we do on weekends. Leila By The Bay will now open on Fridays from 9:00-11:30 AM.
Our normal Brunch/Lunch Menu will be available as usual from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Our menu features the finest California Cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Located at a historic building in Herclues, Contra Costa County with a romantic outdoor dining and stunning view of the bay. Visit us, it’s worth the trip!

We serve healthy, fresh (homemade from scratch) tasty California cuisine
- Leila by the Bay breakfast Specialties, Eggs, Benedicts.
Benedicts are served on an English muffin with housemade hollandaise sauce, home fries, and fresh fruits. - Omelets and Scrambles – served with home fries potato and a choice of toast
- Pancakes – all pancakes and French toast are served with butter, powdered sugar and syrup.
- Drinks – Hot drinks, Leila’s House made Drinks, other Drinks
Lunch
- We serve healthy, fresh (homemade from scratch) tasty California cuisine
- Burgers – all hamburger is fresh ground, served with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles
- Sandwiches – all burgers and sandwiches served with a small side salad
Dinner
